A meditation on 'Resurreccion' (Resurrection) 
the coming back to life after death. 

Old Testament Passages like Isaiah 26:19 and Daniel 12:2 point to a future rising of the dead. In the New Testament Jesus and the Apostles raised individuals from the dead (such as Lazarus, the widow's son, and Tabitha).

Matthew 28, An angel tells the women at the tomb that Jesus has risen, and Jesus appears to his disciples. Luke 24, Jesus walks with two disciples on the road to Emmaus.

Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged”. This painting is a reflection based on the bible verse found in Deuteronomy 31:8 and Saint Paul's' second letter to Timothy chapter 2 verse 7: "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. A message of HOPE also spread by Saint Paul to the church in the ancient city of Philippi eastern Macedonia, which is in northeastern Greece today, where Paul in Philippians 4:13 reminds us, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me".   To overcome successfully a challenge, a difficulty and or a strong emotion. A friend used to say to me he had been depressed for so long that if he ever got happy, he would probably miss being depressed. I would have to add to his statement that I have been so lonely for so long that if I ever was not lonely, I would feel weird.
